TRY IT NOW, IT WILL NOT CREATE A “CON” FOLDER
MAGIC #2
For those of you using Windows, do the following:
1.) Open an empty notepad file
2.) Type “Bush hid the facts” (without the quotes)
3.) Save it as whatever you want.
4.) Close it, and re-open it.
Noticed the weird bug?
No one can explain!

Guide to install Joomla and WordPress on XAMPP

Joomla and WordPress are the best options for a Content Management Systems. Being dynamic, its heavily dependent on the MySQL and PHP. This traditionally is a problem for developing them offline. So here is a solution for it

Joomla and WordPress are the best options for a Content Management Systems. Being dynamic, its heavily dependent on the MySQL and PHP. This traditionally is a problem for developing them offline. But XAMPP provides a complete package of all that Joomla and WordPress require to function on a local server. Below is a guide on how to install both of them on a local server with the help of XAMPP :-

Joomla

  1. Download XAMPP and install/extract the folder in the C folder. XAMPP download link >> http://www.apachefriends.org/en/xampp.html
  2. Once its successfully extracted, go to XAMPP control panel.
  3. Click on the start button of  MySql
  4. Download the Joomla files from here >> http://www.joomla.org/download.html
  5. Go to C:xampphtdocsxampp and create a folder and extract the Joomla files into the folder.
  6. Open a browser and type localhost/xampp/foldername
  7. Follow the installation steps. By default MySql username is “root” and there is no password. Host name is “localhost”.
  8. Joomla is ready to be unleashed !

Bangalore's "Eureka" moment

But suddenly in the year 1985, a relatively unknown company in this part of the word called Texas Instruments decided to setup what was called as “Software Design Centre”. The above image was a Eureka moment for Bangalore as the satellite dish of TI was got in a plain old bullock cart to its centre at Millers Road, Bangalore.

Not so long ago Bangalore was a silent town with lots of greens and a fantastic weather.       Information Technology was a word which wasn’t heard and was confined to the boundaries of IISC. But suddenly in the year 1985, a relatively unknown company in this part of the word called Texas Instruments decided to setup what was called as “Software Design Centre”. The above image was a Eureka moment for Bangalore as the satellite dish of TI was got in a plain old bullock cart to its centre at Millers Road, Bangalore. This piece of instrument helped them stay connected 24/7.  This also opened the floodgates to the rest of the MNCs to set up its shop in Bangalore and the rest as they say is history…
